ONE off good performance by Andy Carroll is making him favourite for Europe in the summer. He scored hat-trick against Arsenal on Saturday, they are now campaigning for him to be included in the England team. If he is selected and failed to perform, they are going to be the first to roast him. Before we bought Benteke, they said he is the one Liverpool needed,now, I cannot count the number of times they classified him as lazy and misfit. Managers must be wiser.
i shouldnt imagine the media give a **** personally what club signs what player, but it is handy to give them juicy headlines. also the way they was with beckham at the end of his career in how wonderful he was etc, well they used to crucify him at one stage. they are just interested in making headlines nothing more. i think the only time you probably see their opinions being thrust upon you is political ones. ie tory labour etc.
Wa Was he a 5 game a season man before we brought him or was the injury he had when we brought him which in hindsight should have had alarm bells ringing the start of his bad luck with injuries?

Yup, same here. I watch the international tournaments, for the good football matches. But I do not really root for England over any other team. I hate Spain to **** and hope they lose every time they play, but thats about as stoked as I get for international football.
If Andy Carroll is on the plane to France, something is seriously wrong. Some players deserve it more than him who are to be left out.
I totally agree It for me should be 100% vardy and kane. those two should be in the squad. they cover the hieght and speed requirements. Then you are looking at two others. Hodgson likes wellbeck and loves rooney. then theres sturrdige... thats 5 in to 4 already i think hodgson could short the second line attacks to fit rooney's fat arse in. So walcott better be worried. Sterling, lallana, delle alli, barkely... they will all go if fit. We might see england reduce defenders down perhaps to fit players. CM will be interesting also. henderson has opened a slot up IMO, could see Barkley put CM slot. dier and milner will do which shows how dire our midfield options are
I'll always cheers on England.. I'd rather they win than anyone else. But I don't feel as bad if England go out, as if Liverpool go out of a tournament / lose a game.

Harry just set carroll up for failure. Carroll did **** all v utd but knocked one down for an assist Leicester will cream him all day i reckon as anyone who's seen anything on leicester even just in passing will know morgan and huth clear up in the air against everyone. they aint weak kneed either and will kick lumps out of him. what is the story with redknapp anyway.. has he lost all the eay money he's made cos why bother embaress yourself by sounding so out of touch? just go retire... or take money as DoF
