Congratulations on securing top 4 today <applause>

We've had our (plentiful!) disagreements on here but it's all been in good spirits and after swallowing my pride together with some Guinness, I am glad that we ironically played a part in helping you to secure this achievement. You say attacking, we say counter-attacking. Who gives a toss. One thing we'll all agree about is that Leicester have been a breath of fresh air and have done more than any other 'breakthrough' team in recent years (Spurs 2010 included) to decimate the stranglehold of the sugar daddies and rejuvenate the PL's reputation as the most exciting, unpredictable league in the world.

The only shame is that our own achievements have been completely overshadowed by your own this season, which is just so typically Spursy <laugh>

Anyways, looking forward to pushing you all the way for the title. Exciting football v Efficient football...may the best team win <ok>

Well how I look at it is that it would have been fairer if each one of the three challengers (according to SKY advertising 'title run-in') would have each had one Monday night game.

If we were to lose a game then you'd consider playing after us a massive bonus. It's all about perspective and I think SKY have done it to create another angle on the title race when in reality it means feck all.

Any professional will tell you that they'll concentrate on their own results and will go out to win each game regardless.

Yes, well they would be at this moment. I suspect that if some of your more defensive tactics were not bearing fruit, you'd see it all a bit differently.

Watching MOTD2 and they eere discussing how a little team like Leicester have shown up the big money bag teams ...just heard Tim Sherwood say that after his Blackburn team won the premier league title in 95 that he thought no one else would repeat it.
Seriously? Does he not know how much money that team cost?
The man is clearly deluded or very good at blowing his own trumpet

What do you mean by that?
I suspect that if some of your attacking tactics were not bearing fruit, you'd see it all differently. Surely it's the same?

I'd would happily win 5 more games 1-0 if it wins us the league.

What I meant was that if the tactics that have currently given you a series of 1-0 wins were not bearing fruit, you wouldn't think so highly of that way of playing.

and if you weren't getting the results despite playing pretty football then you also wouldn't think highly of it.

I mean, surely that's stating the obvious?

The MOTD commentator for our game summed it up.

Autumn is all about performance, Winter is all about endurance and the Spring is all about winning.

I'd far rather watch attractive football than have my arse bored off.

Granted that Sometimes you have to dig in and grind out a result, but when it's happening every week, it gets rather tedious.

If we end up level on pointss and we win on goal difference you may not be so pleased with your type of football.

If we end up losing of goal difference then it won't be the style of play that had let us down. It'll mean we have choked and thatbwill be what I'll be dissapointed with.

    Ifs and buts though.

I feel sorry for LVG. This reinforces my opinion that very few coaches go successfully from national coach to club coach.

No but seriously being national coach has been the downfall of many coaches when they've returned to club football. Sven Goran, Hoddle, Keegan and others and now LVG.

It'll be interesting to see how Conte gets on next season.
