That puts The Goons effectively 3 results behind us. Even if they catch us our goal difference is so superior we'd take the place anyway.

How many shots on target did United have that game? Like, 1? Honestly think we deserved the 3 - 0, especially once we put the hammer down. Baffling decisions by LvG and the ref on occasion too.

8 day rest now too, so we should be fresh for Stoke. All we can do is keep winning games.

    Effectively 6 pts + 1 for GD.

  5. Lads, that's 4 points from a possible 6, against two of the sides that the Gooners were praying would see us up-ended.

We've got Stoke (A) and WBA (H) to come, before going to the bridge for the last of the fixtures that we were predicted to lose.

We've got to be upbeat. Yes, Leicester are still 7 points ahead, but they've got to win 3 of their last 5 games to be certain of winning the title.

Going to enjoy me celebratory Rum a bit more then usual today.

Well played Man Utd., but not quite good enough for a revived Spurs.

  7. According to BBC stats, United didn't manage a single shot on goal.

I don't mind losing to the better side. I would have happily taken a smash and grab tbh. But at the end of the day, a draw was no good to either team. I'm glad there was a winner. I can't stand Van Gaal tbh. I think with a better manager (Poch perhaps <whistle> ) we have the players to do better. LVG is a fraud. But that's our problem and I don't want to take away from your performance today. 2 trips to London, 2 losses of 3-0. I expect us to get spanked at West Ham as well.

We need a CB (a leader), a striker and a RW.

Who wants to break the news to Chelsea that they cannot finish above us this season?

  10. They're 6 points behind. They have to win their game in hand.

Stoke were thrashed today so I can see 3 points on the 18th.

I thought Spurs would win simply on the logic they were unlucky to lose at Trafford.

My mate who's a West Ham fan, and has Bilic on speed dial, promises me they'll go to Leicester this weekend and try to do the unthinkable. Here's hoping!

Martial's great little cut in and shot that Lloris saved. That's it.
They only had a few off target too, despite starting the game fairly well.

  14. I've been saying throughout the season that I couldn't believe we lost to United.

Great that Spammers still have something to play for as you know they'd throw this game in normal circumstances given what it means to us...

If Dele Allis' head was like that before KO, no wonder it took 60 odd mins for
    him to get going.
