He is currently out injured. Not sure when he is due to make a comeback though.

I think ideally we would like to move him on, but he's still injured as TFT says, so there will be no transfer movement until he's back from injury (although I'm not exactly sure when that is).

Great player in this league, just on far too much dosh.

Actually, City could have 2 Oli's for the price of The Bullard.

I know, but if he's on half of what Bullard is on, it's still a pretty hefty wage in the Championship if you ask me

There's no doubt they're both on massive wages, but I think Bullard's ability kind of justifies his wage (though it doesn't justify a club of our size paying him it) but Olifinjana is nowhere near as good as his contract suggests, however this isn't about Bullard so I digress.

If when Oli gets fit he can play to the potential he showed in his Wolves days then great, but from what Cardiff fans thought of him last season it seems he's a bit of a drifter these days; brilliant one minute, then invisible for the next 89. I think with the other midfielders we have he won't be able to do that and get in the team. If he can knuckle down and play to his old potential I'd welcome him in the midfield, he might just become that playmaker we need.

Given that he is a massive Jessie I doubt it.

But then Anthony Gardner played there so...

I guess we aren't hearing much about Olofinjana as he is still injured. Anyone know when he is meant to be fit? You would expect him to move on when he is. There doesn't really seem to be a place in the team for him.

Don't be surprised if he's one of the three players Warnock is currently trying to bring in.

I'm sure there is a host of clubs that want him, but if he isn't fit until after the deadline then I doubt that we'll be able to get rid

Are you serious OLM ? I would be gob-smacked if they did to be honest. Surely, after there pathetic effort on saturday against Bolton they need ONE JIMMY BULLARD ? Oli would be no good at all plus he has to prove his fitness.
But if City can get rid of Oli's wages then for that reason alone its good for City.

I feel for DQPR already. Hissy Fit drama queen looked poor, Bothroyd out of his depth and a very creeky defence. Whilst i felt sorry for Dyer, his injury was no surprise. Losing 4 0 @ home to Bolton and the ground not full and Flavio being booed out of his seat. It can only get better But will it down there ?

Yes it was that same person. Will be very surprised if he ever gets another call up. Kevin Davies is way ahead of Bothroyd if the need ever arises.

What does an England cap mean these days? Hell, Anthony Gardner even has an England cap, as does David Nugent, Michael Ricketts, Dennis Wise and Carlton Palmer. Frankly it means ****, other than the England manager at the time was having a hugely ****ing speculative punt with the dice.

John Fashnu has played for England and he's far well known for the saying "AWOOOOGA!" than his footballing abilities

Bothroyd's ****, he's had a chance in the Premier League and in Serie A, and he was crud in both. He was also crap for England. I asked 2 Cardiff fans if they felt his call up by the inept Capello was worth it and they said 'no' and, finally, even Francis Jeffers played for England (100% strike ratio might I add). Fool.
