I think he would be a fool to let them go. Even though I think he is just keeping them warm for the big teams

Good, I think Sauber's drive line up is very promising and I am glad they have kept them both.

My god it's boring. The top six teams have pretty much confirmed unchanged line ups for next season. :(

They've got themselves a good line up there, good on them for keeping it the same for next year.

Sauber's driver pairing is one of the best. Kobayashi and Perez seem to work well as a team. Good stuff.

Starved for scandal AG. I still wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if Hamilton ended up in a Red Bull next year

If he doesn't sign a contract and pisses McLaren off he might have to grow big eyebrow(s), change his name to luiz Hamildonado and buy a seat in a HRT.

Apparently Webber's close to signing an extension, and Hamilton still has a deal for next year. I think it'll be exactly the same. The only potential change is at Renault, both Petrov and Kubica have been confirmed (in that they both have a contract) but there are obvious doubts over Kubica. That's the one lineup I'd like to see remain.

Did anyone see the comment from VJ Mallya about not confirming their drivers until mid-December?

Di Resta - Driving very well for a rookie, and with the top 6 teams all but confirmed, a quicker team aren't going to poach him. Financially he doesn't bring a lot to the table, so I feel that could be the only issue surrounding his seat. Potentially could be forced out of Force India have a new major sponsor lined up who have another driver in mind, probably for nationality reasons.

Sutil - Again, driving well, and brings money to the table - but is there anything to come out of that club bust up? It's all gone quiet, but I can't remember if a court date was set, so could Force India be looking to get rid of him to avoid any embarassment?

Also, why mid-december, he even went as far as saying around the 15th, which makes me think he is expecting a decision by someone else around that time, which could have an impact.

Surely Di Resta has backing from Mercedes?

Di Resta and Sutil are higher calibre of drivers than Force India are as a team. Mallya should be going out of his way to accommodate them, not the other way around.

    How do you know that?
Sauber are a team which produce great cars (2008, well great-ish) and **** cars (2009). I'm hoping they produce a car decent enough for an odd win

2008 they had BMW's immense financial backing, yet still only won one race.
