I love it when CJS makes his predictions, it's now the end of the four game prediction that Rotherham will be above us. Bit like the other season where you said bottom at Christmas we are going down to play you lot. What the **** does tortcher mean? It's "torture"
The best bit now is if Rotherham win next two games only helps us. So I hope he carrys on for a bit longer
You been safe for a while which is why my bet with Tommy and Loaths is not about relegation but about Rotherham finishing higher than City, proving Warnock to be better than LJ
Lee Johnson is the best professional manager in Bristol, success with Oldham, Barnsley and, so far Bristol City, the only other competition, Salisbury and lowly, 4th tier Bristol Rovers... Nuff said...
success with Oldham, Barnsley and, so far Bristol City??? Have I missed something? His Oldham record: Joined March 2013 - finished 19th 2013/14 - finished 15th 2014/Feb 2015 - left club in 9th 35% win rate What success?????? His Barnsley record: Joined Feb 2015 - finished 11th 2015/Feb 2016 - left club in 12th 39.2% win rate What success??????? His City record: Feb 2016 - currently 18th What success??????? Success my arse The only success I can see was for him in actually getting a job!!! You make I laugh Meanwhile..... DC's record... Salisbury: 2010/11 - Promoted first season as manager 2011/12 - finished in 10th 2012/13 - Promoted again 53.5% win rate Thats a success Rovers: 2013/14 - assistant manager until last 8 games when became manager of a sinking ship. 2014/15 - Promoted again 2015/16 - currently 4th 51% win rate Thats a success 4 full seasons as manager and won 3 promotions. This season he could win his 4th promotion in 5 full seasons. I think thats called.... GAME, SET AND MATCH to me of course
And I know a manager who has won 3 Downs League titles and a couple of cups. Knocks both Lee and Clarke out of the water
Well done to him. That is success. Thats better than being consistantly struggling between 15th and 19th every season
We struggled in our 1st season but DC is good enough to turn it around and make us promotion contenders
No DC didn't have a crack at it a few years ago. He took over a team with no interest very little skill and got relegated. He then got rid of all the overpaid under performing players and got us promoted and at the present time has us in the top seven with a possible chance of another promotion this year. He hasn't spent millions on players and has got a good team spirit and players who are prepared to play for the Rovers wear the shirt with pride and try until the final whistle blows.
Yeah, he took over then got them relegated, they might make excuses saying it wasn't his fault though
