I've been to the spot in Gib where it happened, strange seeing it in the flesh as it were. Hard to believe.
Me too, but you know they moved the petrol station about 50 yards down the street a few years after it happened. Gibraltar is a ****hole though
I liked it, Gib that is, not the killing scene in particular. I'm a history buff so I loved the feeling and surroundings, the architectural history, you can imagine what it was like 200 years ago as a military outpost, a bit like Dundee in that regard.
All I could recall smelling was Ale, the pubs were heaving with Jolly Jacks but there was a friendly atmosphere. I knew a few bints who used to go there for a week's holiday each year. Coupla right bikes, I'll bet they got rode rotten. One of them used to wear a matress strapped to her back in case she met any guys she knew.
