They do a LOT of work all year long. Those taxpayer-funded holidays to eat canapés and drink fancy booze all over the world take a lot of effort

And think of our tourist industry. All the jobs in 'security', billions of promises to "pay the bearer" (all of which I know she means). I just wish the market could properly remunerate her true market value.

 

From ex council house to just about to build a £2m house, that's clever enough for me thanks.

 

Unfortunately because of the abuse and personal insults that I get from airing my views on this and other threads, I do not respond to that particular individual, so it may appear to be baiting, but he also has the choice to not respond. It also seems that SH and myself are the only ones accused of baiting and throwing abuse and challenged upon it...

w_y, I think that's a terrible shame. I didn't agree with some of your posts in the past, but you were always interesting. Recently though you do seem, and genuinely no disrespect meant , to play to the gallery on here sometimes.

 

He's trying to say that it's my fault that SH has been insulting people, hoping that people will fall for this old trick...

Look, I'm all for debate. IMHO w_y had a lot of interesting things to say, Yorkshire was somewhere in the middle, Leo perhaps in the middle of yorkshire and w_y (as a generality).
But every post from that individual (SH) is there to bait (thank you for the spelling correction, w_y ). He is probably stopping others (who do not contribute here) from all areas of political spectrum entering into what is sometimes now 'playground' politics.
Starved of O2 (I mean that figuratively, I think) he will 'jog on' (get me with modern expressions ).

 

Fortunately it is easy to look at your past posts to see how many posters you have insulted.
