I'm actually wary of them - they have a lot of small fast players and like to pass through defenses.

Can see Huth seeing the red mist...

But our pace up front should trouble their defense too..... A certain 0-0 then lol

... why would you though? ... if Ranieri changed the starting XI now (other than for injuries) and we lost a game, can you imagine the furore?

Probably used the wrong word, but the conversation was talking about taking Shinji off for King rather than Ulloa.

Throw in a win for the hammers too.

10 points ahead with 5 to go .. we could seal it the week after with a win against the hammers!

I think Leicester fans have run out of their dream quota though <laugh>

Can see this getting stretched out to the Everton game, Spurs won't drop many more points, especially with Arsenal sneaking up behind.

Arsenal still in it, they could easily win all their remaining games. Pity for them we will continue to pick up too may points, Interesting for me James has been fit for a few games now but yet to make the bench. Same starting 11 though.

Can we do that? or do we haveto wait until the last game of the season regardless?

Im not used to these title lifts, though we did wait until Doncaster to lift the Championship one, though that was the last match and it was at home.

If we have won it by then, that will be one hell of an atmosphere!!

i think you tend to lift it at your 1st home game after you've won it... or the last game of the season if it comes down to that

Last season Chelsea received it at their last game although they had won with 3 games to spare. Their last game was at home though.
It has been presented to Man U at OT before the end of the season also. Away games only seem to have happened when is gone to the last game.

Yes Ed, I'm a nervous wreck too. I've just been avoiding discussing a title win with an ostrich approach & a stock answer of a long way to go yet. On Monday I dug out & updated my run in spreadsheet from 2013/14. All got a bit real then.

Last home game normally isn't it? Obviously the main thing is we win the bloody thing but the last two title wins we had in league 1 and 2 were won in weeks before and the trophy given in the last home game (Scunthorpe and Donny). I think it takes away from it personally and the trophy should be presented at the end of the game when it is won. I hope we can win it as soon as possible but if it was won in the Everton game itself followed by the trophy presentation it'd be such an amazing atmosphere! First things first though, win it!!!!!

If Leicester don't win it (which I believe they will ) , then all my money is on Arsenal to finish ahead of Tottenham and anyone else for that matter on their way to the title .
One way or another , I don't see the Spurs playing a part if Leicester and ManU win this weekend .

Agreed, problem is that there is a very real chance that we will win it without us actually kicking a ball. But if i had a choice I'd rather lift it away after just winning it rather than waiting till at home. I get both sides though.

If won with games to spare, I personally think it should be presented at the last game of the season, if that's at home. Or last at home if it's not.
