I'd still like to see Oscar Garcia but as the Allams have probably never heard of him, maybe Robbie Neilson at Hearts. He's done a brilliant job there and he's only 35. Win ratio of 64%, even in the SPL, that's pretty good going. Will be used to working on a shoe string as well.
