That annoyed me, ****ing call that football, cheating bastards, I also froze my tits off, what I'm finding funny though is people still think we're getting relegated, people are probably moaning we dropped one place but we're now 7 points clear, good stuff I think

Thankfully those below us lost, that was the best news after that showing and we got a extra point tonight.
However the LJ has a massive rebuild for next season.

Regards warnock top of the form table, unbeaten in the last six, i believe that takes more than cheating guys.
Give the guy some respect, been there done it and has the T shirt.

Warnock is good at setting up a defensive team which works for relegation battles but not long term. Rotheram were pathetic for a football team

What game do you actually watch, or was you ****ing into a sock over Warnock? His team set out to play high ball knock the **** out of our players and feign injury. Coupled with one of the worse ref I've ever seen if not the worse.

LJ: "I said at half-time that there was still an awful lot of football to be played because they hadn't been much in the first half."

Not quite true, there was a lot of awful football played first half....

Disagree with what a lot are saying about Rotherham, they could play when they wanted to but they did everything that WE would expect of our team when in trouble i.e. fight and scrap their way out of it , basic survival instinct....

The person to blame was the ref who gave us nothing until about the 30th minute when he was going to play on after yet another foul until the crowd really started and actually bullied him into giving the free kick. Also, no bookings at all, we actually thought he had left his cards at home.

We on the other hand were timid, played WAY too much sideways and backwards stuff, especially in the first half (hmmm, reminds me of something) which I did not like at all. Runs were being made but the ball not delivered, another long standing problem.

Still, there was never any doubt where the ball was going when PO set his sights, quality finish from an experienced striker who was in the right place at the right time and executed, you just can't teach that. Also, opposition goalkeepers are only allowed 1 top class save per game against us, Lee Camp made 2 tonight...

Definitely itchy bum time if we play like that to the end of the season but, I think we will just about have enough....

That's probably the quickest, easiest way to get results for a poor side, which is exactly what Rotherham have needed recently and it looks like it's going to save them. Agree with Mind the Gap that long term success from this approach is unlikely, so given the choice I'm happier with LJ than I would've been with Warnock.

You must be the only person in the ground with this attitude now, even the keenest Warnock fan will now have seen his team for what it is.. a cheating bunch of anti football thugs, being assisted by a useless referee..

They were cheats created in the image of their manager.

    No respect deserved..

How did you react when their player went down feigning injury for the 25th time in the game? Or when their players faked a serious head injury?Just out of interest..

Shocking referee. One of the worst I have seen. It winds me up that nothing will happen to him. They are supposed to be assessed. Shouldnt be too difficult to do that assessment tonight. Use any adjective you like.

Who was that defender who played dead for nearly 10 minutes. He stayed down so long that I thought it must be really serious. Crowd sypathetically applauded him when walked off refusing the stretcher.

I thought it a bit strange that the sub board didn't immediately go up, and then, he has the audacitity to take immediately back to the field after making a miraculous recovery. Sorry, but that needs investigating at a higher level.

Number 15 is the biggest **** we had the pleasure of watching! Thought he was seriously injured in the first half but no, was just playing about. If you're led on the ground for more than 5 mins with a head injury that should be it, off you pop.... But no he comes running back on and within a few minutes wrestles baker to the ground in their box... The ref was ****, absolute ****. Couldn't control the game. Didn't know what happened defensively for their goal as we had the ball, I sent a text looked up seen a ball knocked in and then a lovely little chip... Seemed to come from nowhere. Then after that Rotherham chucked 11 men behind the ball and cheated their way through to the 101st minute.

Ref should not been running games in the championship, better on the downs, disgraceful.
The Millers players were more organised, more aggressive, wanted it more, got to most loose balls first.
A typical display from a team that wants and will stay up.
We were shocking first half, and slightly better second half.
However Warnock's record speaks for itself.
I really don't understand the abuse he gets from a few hundred in the ground.
I would have loved his fighting spirit here leading us to safety.
    LJ learning,NW the master.

that should be majority of the ground, were you even there last night? <doh> it's more like a few hundred that don't give him abuse and if you don't know why then perhaps this has been your first Warnock vs city game. Even he knows we don't like him.

Yeah, he knew the ref was ****e like we did. One that stood out was Wilbraham getting taken out and falling into a player and them getting the freekick

I'm firmly in the 'fan of Warnock' camp myself. The fact that he winds up so many of our fans underlines how good he is at what he does. He frustrates, niggles, spoils, winds-up, moans - and why not? that's his job after all!
Having said that - I love it when we are his undoing - remember that 'ghost' goal v Palace?

It sounds like the ref had a stinker - and the 'injury' incident should be investigated, but overall I am happy with the point.

You could be making reference to a rugby match there.

What you are making reference to is known as POMO. The position of maximum opportunity. A statistical analysis of football. A statistical analysis that develops into tactics where the set play, the dead ball and playing the ball forward through the air with as few passes or dribbles as ;possible into the POMO rules out skill and creativity.

I find Mr Warnock mildly amusing in the same way a child chuckles at characters in panto. I would not pay one penny to watch a Bristol City team if his tactics were employed here. I stopped watching BCFC during Osmans reign ... There was better football being played in the western League.

I suppose it is about aspiration and standards. I always want to see a Bristol City that nurtures creative, skillfull progressive football and hopefuly local talent.

Sorry you lot who criticise Warnock are just plain wrong.
Yes, they were cheating, spoiling thugs who were aided by a terrible referee, but you cut your cloth with the quality available.
Man for man our players are light years better than theirs other than Camp. A manager has to find a way to overcome this and he set up his players with a clear game plan and they went away with a point.
Have a think about our plan - there wasn't one, we were clueless.
If Warnock had our players he would have played a totally different game and bet your life we'd have won easily.
Warnock is one horrible but clever bu**er.

They had players with ability. Rotherham displayed they could have won the game if they had not spent so much time spoiling and concentrating so firmly on dead balls. That is a wrong, and a waste.

I agree that Warnock is a clever manager that has years of experience and used resources tactically as he could. I would hate to see that employed at BCFC week on week and I am sure it wouldn't be at Rotherham next season, but if that's what it takes to keep them up, then fair play to him. They certainly were quicker to a loose ball than us and wanted it more. I reckon they would have won if they hadn't approached the game so negatively. All in all, it was a point gained.
Ref was terrible, lost the game and I struggle to think of one worse.
