M3 has had roadwork's for about a year now and still no end to what they are doing.
What's the worst road improvement scheme where you are?

Traffic calming measures to slow traffic down through the village.

No one can remember a car accident in the village for years.

Within 2 weeks of them being installed, 2 accidents! <laugh><laugh>

Got a round-a-bout in Farnborough that worked pretty much ok during rush hour etc.
The powers that be decided that it would be better to put traffic lights there now?
****ing idiots, so now they are going to gridlock the whole place by stopping traffic with lights when they could be flowing freely.
Never been accidents there either that i was aware of, just an excuse to spend the council road budgets.

The road works on Wessington Way and Hylton Park Avenue which is taking place as part of the new bridge being built across the Wear is a pain in the arse..

Always a price to pay mate.

Why the north (and obviously far superior) part of sunderland wants anymore connections with the slummy southside is beyond me.
