This is why we are in such a mess generally, too many people want to do nowt, yet wish to get everything for next to nowt.

Plastic! You didn't renew last season because of price & work commitments! Nothing go to do with us getting relegated then?

I am very happy with the way things seem to be going football wise.... in my personal life I can say that I certainly am not sad and certainly not lonely...

I don't know you mate and you certainly don't know me, it just seems you want to have personal digs.... it won't wash trying to poke me with a stick. This is i believe a good old football be date. try to keep it that way and on track. there's a good lad.

No my friend... read back. I have gone year in year out for 30 ish years. My first game being a cup final game against Bournemouth. We lost if I remember rightly at Fer Ark...(following year the final was at Wembley I believe) The only other year we didn't go was the season after Mr Fish gave Bradford the south stand... This again was in protest.
I certainly am not a plastic, as said I have work commitments this year and would not pay that much to miss so many home games.
When I was at College/ Uni I also took a job as a steward for a few years so I could still see the games as my dad couldn't afford to help me out at this time as money was tight.

Oh and probably my best ever time as a Hull City fan (yes better than Wembley visits) was getting to meet childood city hero Alex Dyer who was a true credit to the club.

Whatever the changes are its not gonna please everyone is it.
Nobody has a gun to their head to join it and theres always match day tickets.
These maybe quite reasonable prices next year though i wont hold my breath at that prospect.

No, those tickets must have been given to my dad to go into the players lounge as a gift from work.. The ticket price would have been pretty much half of an adult price which he paid for me week in, week out.

So if we'd have stayed up last season what would you have done then? I take my hat off to your dad for staying with us :emoticon-0148-yes:

I still wouldn't have paid it as said, I would not have been able to go to a home game on a saturday from end of October to the beginning of march. The only game I have been to this year was Burnley on boxing day.

If I hadn't have had to work those weekends I would probably found it difficult to get the money anyway but would have more than likely picked more games to go to.

Staying up or going down isn't an issue to me, I am not sure if you are trying to say I haven't gone due to relegation or not, if so you are way way wide of the mark, I can only guess you haven't read my previous posts about following City.

Yes, if that is weird then it is weird.... to me at that age Dyer was God on the pitch..
It was a one off thing, a good memory.

Yeah Wembley was good for the playoffs, excellent we won and were promoted, then ok for the semi, was good for the final (better if we had won) but that was a blur as we were **** faced.

So how do you propose I choose between my 13 children?

What about the others? Should they just not be City fans at all?

You say kids shouldn't be priced out, but then go on to say you don't think it's acceptable for my kids to be priced in. So which is it?

Talking about what you've done in the past is all well & good! But if you'd have just said " I'm glad they've dropped the prices for adults because I can afford to go " instead of mentioning children getting better deals! And you also brought up people on benefits!

I think kids or under 16s should pay a minimum half adult price.

If you chose to have 13 kids that is your choice. If you cannot afford to take all 13 to see a game, that is unfortunate. That's life either that or get a better paid job to pay the going rate to take them all or make choices.

They will have to understand they cannot all go , all of the time.

That I said what I have had to do with my kids in the past unfortunately.

Why should someone who has 13 kids expect them all to go for a quid a game every game when others have to pay 20/30/40 to see a game?

So, do you agree the proposed membership scheme is a disgrace?
