It's the ones you never expect to be funny that come out with the corkers, two examples...

About two years ago when Desix said he used to drop his Mrs off on a corner as if she was a prostitute then drive past a few times before picking her up, that had me in hysterics, the funniest part is thinking about Grandpops reading it <laugh>

Most recently, Diddles' thread about Ronnie Corbett, you open the thread and the first few words were "Never found him funny"... start off by saying something nice why don't ya, hahaha at least leave the thread to somebody who actually liked him.

Maybe it's just me, I laugh at unconventional things, regular jokes and stuff bores me to tears.

    Yes. <doh>

Would have been funnier if I`d found out before. I`d have arranged to collect her while he was driving round the block. <laugh>

It was the opposite effect with my tale about the lasses arse banging the letter box and her mother opening the door thinking she`d forgotten her key and was knocking to be in. He was quite shocked at his owld fatha & I had to explain that, at the time, I was 17.<laugh>

Hurley went on to manage Reading. Stan Anderson managed Middlesbrough. Ian Porterfield managed several international teams. Alex Rae is currently at St. Mirren. Kevin Phillips is I think currently coaching at Derby(?) I'm not going too far back because there were loads, but there's two that managed Sunderland (full time) apart from Sam - Bill Murray (1939-57) and Len Ashurst (1980s).

Personally Commo, I think you should post what the hell you see fit. If you only posted about current footie, this board would be dead in mid-week.

    That sounds right to me.

I don`t think there`s a place for Brown unless it`s obvious he`s special as a coach. There might be another year in O`Shea as back up in the prem. Agreed he would probably shine in the championship but a regular? Not sure he`s capable of that many games tbh.

Not sure but i'd be making room mate, even if it meant using one of them at youth level. You can't buy that sort of experience Comm and they have bags of it.

And you mate. **** what others say.

Im gonna say it. I like Relics posts. He had made me look at so much history and to try and understand the history of SAFC and the former players

Yes im an off topic person. But i really like and appreciate his posts.

If that offends some. So ****.

Why don't you just address this to me, you know I'm the only person who has an agenda really with Relic and that's because he started chatting **** about my mental health, after that well he's less than a sewer rat to me, the ****ing rotten old crumb.

It doesn't offend me at all who you choose to be mates with.
