Who agrees with this and who doesn't?

    I'm in favour in principle.

What worries me is the vague terms the bill is in. There is nothing that states how the life should be ended. I mean will the patient get a lethal injection? Or will it be repeated blows from a claw hammer? Also a friend or doctor can carry out the act but not a relative. The bill is a good idea but in typical Scottish fashion it's been put together arse-backwards.

Tommy a bit different from what you are talking about. It's meant for the terminally ill and those in a permanent vegatative state (like some of the folk on 606 i.e Nikki, Bouncy, EdinBEARugh etc)

<laugh> where the **** did they get the "friend or doctor but not a relative" part!?

That woman who got the jail the other day did it right with her brain-damaged son, just pumped him full of smack <ok> Id like to think she gave him a wee sook as well before he passed away. Caring. Thats how it should always be done.

Would you not fancy that Tommy?

Aye ok Girvan, maybe not from your maw.... although you'd be pumped full of smack and about to die, would you care?

But definitely smack and a sook <ok>

There's a TN8 that posts regularly on FF - I assume it's the same guy.

I have been told it is the same guy. TN8 was a great bloke, how he ended up on FF is a mystery, he never seemed the type.
