This is not hard though guys. We are talking about england no1 CL knock out team minimum team wants to win league every year. In this context he is distinctly second class compared to the players out there who are delivering this year in year out.... look about... in england theres 3/4 really top keepers, in germany and in italy too. He's probably not even in my top 5 keepers in prem frankly.
I agree my top 5 would be De gea Courtois (not as good this season obviously) Lloris Cech Butland ( think hes quite good on the gorund) Then theres a second grouping in my mind Schmeichal forester Hart Adrian then theres a large group of meh... guys who do a job for sure but are guys who'll cough stuff up Gomis Mingloet Boruc Fabianksi myhill Krul and others like begovic who have been good in past but were not good this year when called upon.
Well obviously hart is better than MIGs ffs. At no point did I say otherwise. I said both average on silly money and none of you have argued that point. Most would have hart before MIGs. But both are still ****e
The only thing that Migs is class at is penalties IMO. He has a very good record in penalties. I know even this will go rubbish now I've said it. I would even go as far to say he is one of the best in the league at it. Everything else though is so average.
I always saw it as something innovative and his team mates were not quick enough to respond to what he was doing.
My French housemate is from Rennes, bangs on about this kid all the time. Says he's just rocketed in the last 6 months helping Rennais push for a CL spot. Never seen him play though.

If we get him and Gotze then we're a bit top heavy surely? I know we need a good squad but can we expect the caliber of player to bench warn. Coutinho Firmino Gotze Lallana Dembele et al. That's without the out and out strikers.
I left them out... Including them we'd have about 20 midfielders! The question then is, who goes? I think Can, Firmino, Coutinho, Lallana are all safe. The others I'm not so sure on.
