    Anyone ever go to games on there own ?, thinking about doing it tomorrow as my stepdads in Florida.

    I've done a few home games on my own. I also went to Preston on my own because Shiny was fixing his car, then he turned up and sat away from me.
    It's strange but you end up talking to more people.

    yeah I have season tickets holders sat behind me and next to me, talk to them all the time, but just feel a bit weird thinking about going on my own to be honest lol

    I'll be on my ****ing own next season! My mate can't afford it now so he'll only go to the odd game but I'd rather go on my own than not at all. Wouldn't do away games on my own though, unless maybe I was just in that city by chance.

    Yup, done it many times in my youth when mates couldn't go - even used to travel on the away coach now and again when Auntie Beryl was in charge, you get to know the people after a bit....

    Fair enough, just never gone on my own before feels a bit strange, but I know all the ST holders next to me so should be fine if they turn up <laugh>

    Yeah I'm going tonight, thought **** it, however I'm renewing my season ticket in the upper tier E32, can't be arsed sitting in row one of the lower tier anymore

    Realised last match that my old drama teacher sits a few rows behind me. Looks worse for wear. Only had him in year 7 but one of the oddest teachers I ever had

    I went on my own, wasn't that bad, bloody cold though, although I walked from Ashton Gate to Sea Mills so I'm kinda tired <laugh>

    yeah <laugh> 902 doesn't run past 8pm and couldn't be bothered walking into the centre to get a bus so walked along the Portway <laugh>
