Maybe we were trying to go forward more than they were. It's easy to have passing accuracy when you're going from side to side.
Yes an improvement in passing would be great, but really don't care what our passing stat is. We can pass the ball around all day, but if it doesn't result in increased shots on goal it really doesn't matter. Unless of course we're ahead and trying to close a game out. I would be more than happy to have crap passing stats for the remainder of the season and stay up.
Yes that's fine but it's not happening is it, that was only one game, what about the run previous to the last three results?
To be fair we've been doing pretty well since the West Ham game. To be honest if we'd shown just a little bit of the fight we're currently showing now and had a bit of luck we'd be well clear of the relegation battle now, irrespective of what the passing stats show.. Would be interesting to know what our passing stats were when teams were beating us 2 or 3 nil.
If's but's and maybe's! Agree perhaps someone could do that, I'm not the chap , I'll do stats if their in front of me.
Wasn't that the 0-0 draw Dave when we absolutely battered them only for David Marshall to play the best game he ever had at Carrow Road !
Yeah, but I was talking about the reverse fixture - 2-1 in Cardiff, and we dominated that too. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/25892176 27 shots in that too! I remember us saying we had 60 shots against Cardiff and scored twice that season...
Something I saw this morning regarding the 10 most wasteful attackers in the PL this season, says it all:- Cameron Jerome – 8.3% conversion rate One key question when Norwich were promoted to the Premier League was whether Cameron Jerome could finally translate his impressive Championship form to the top-flight. The answer? Nope. Now 29, Jerome has never convinced of his ability to play at this level and with just 3 goals from 36 shots this season, he hasn’t exactly won over any critics.
