This page is like a school yard. Whose got the biggest dad guys?

As a Leicester fan who likes to think I'm balanced in my views, we don't need to sell in terms of finances as Fosse says but if European Giants come in for Mahrez, Kante etc I don't believe all the finance in the world could hold onto them. I wouldn't expect to see either of the above go to another English side as they are too good simple as.

I've seen in various places Spurs fans saying they're in for Mahrez.....ok then!

This is like a schoolyard fight , pretty good one too.
Like a couple of Rocky Mountain Goats ....BOOM!. Wouldn't know a concussion if they ran into one ...SMASH.
Couple of guys , not wums.....seldom probably argue if I had to guess .
Just goes to show what can happen under these super unusual circumstance with their football teams .
Pressure's on for both teams with a handful of games remaining .
I'm enjoying sitting in the cheap seats , crunching peanut shells , as the "Monetary Titanic " starts to go down with all the Chelsea , Arsenal , Man City and Man U fans pushing their deck-chairman around while the Spurs and Foxes take center stage .
Ironic date , first day of spring last season . The Spurs sent the Foxes out of town with their tail between their legs .The Spurs must have thought they drove the last nail in the Foxes coffin , not knowing it was the second last nail .
The Spurs must have thought they weren't going to see Leicester for quite a time ....little did they know Leicester would lose 5 games in their next 40 Premier League , including 8 wins out of their 10 games 2015 , I think , for the "The Great Relegation Escape " .
The Spurs finally got their nose ahead of the " Big Clubs " with their big opportunity at the title and who stands in their way , the same team , Leicester , that left London last season with a Championship destiny but grab all 3 points this time around to lead the league ahead of the Spurs in the Premier still .
So much at stake , enough to turn good fans ....great .

  7. I don't see why we need Mahrez, especially for what he'd cost. Let United and Chelsea get mugged off.

... wouldn't worry about it sweet pea <laugh>... when he leaves us it is likely be to join one of Europe's elite teams ... undoubtedly the most skillful player in the EPL currently ... personally I wouldn't be surprised to see him go to Barca, particularly if one of the 'magic 3' moves ... hoping that won't be for a couple of season's at least, of couurse ....

lol, I detect so much envy from the trotters. "we don;t want a player who has basically won the EPL"
    of course not, lol.
I'd take him over any of your players, including Kane.

Like you'd even get a sniff of Kane's jockstrap, Ern!

Nice one, though. That cheered me up.

It was a on Facebook on a few posts I believe. Most likely fans speculating who they'd want. As Fosse says below, if he goes it'll be to Europes elite as he is out of anybody in the premier leagues class

I like Mahrez, but I really feel that you're overstating his perceived value and quality, based upon one good season.
Do you really think that someone like Arsenal, for example, couldn't sign him if they put their minds (and wallets) to it in the summer?
Is he in a completely different class to Ozil or Sanchez?
Could a Guardiola-lead City not pick him up to complement Aguero, Silva, De Bruyne and Kompany?

He's a good player and he's having an impressive season, but above the class of the Premier League? Not in my opinion.

  13. When Bambi watches as his fellow woodland creatures get raped and eaten before his eyes by the big bad wolf who is, all the while, gazing at him - with leaden eye-lids - and telling him softly "you're fcuking next, sonny!" it is going to be one of the most tragic periods of hilarity on this board.

We'll all laugh, of course, but something deep inside will scream "you really shouldn't!"

I don't remember saying that he would.
Leicester fans really don't like honesty or realism, do you?

.. and if we did win it, rightly so ... we will have taken the most points from 38 games ...no fluke in that for any team doing it .... particularly if we've actually taken the most points over 48 consecutive Prem games ... which would, of course, be the case ... but do persist with your normal drivel if it gives you consolation of sorts ...

Come on fosse, i hope we do go on and win it
but if we do we've managed to fluke 38 games you'd get some good odds on that
