Leicester aren't top of the league for nothing...yes, they may have a bit of luck, but who doesn't? They are organised and consistent. We could have beaten them, but didn't. We won't be the only team that can claim that. Think we also missed Long. Next week will be interesting...we have Newcastle, whilst Liverpool and Stoke play each other. Chance for us to pull away from one or both of them.
Gotta say congratulations to Leicester. Words cannot describe what an absolutely astonishing achievement it is for them to win the Premier League. Amazing.
Sorry, but I respect someone who played top international football and for Barcelona's opinion more than anyone on this forum. Ron is always measured and straight down the line, he knows the game, the tricks, he has been there and has 10000 T shirts
That isn't Pelle's fault is it? Surely players are being told to play like that? So it's more the fault of the team then just Pelle.
Really enjoyed the game,no quarter was given!Disappointed with the result but it just didn't quite click & the final ball often went awry. You feel that if Mane had hit it early & scored then it may have been different but do not begrudge Leicester even if on another day a push would have been given [Morgan on Clasie]!
It doesn't matter who he is when he flies into a rage and says it's a penalty and red card when it clearly wasn't.
It's a shame that Ron has blamed a decision. Usually he is above that. Especially a decision which is not clear-cut. I put it down to frustration of the performance and frustration that our chances of Europa qualification are over
There speaks the referee. Our Ronald is a world expert on red cards not being given. David Platt can confirm this!
In a way it is his fault because the team are told to play like that to accommodate him. But as I said before he is what he is, so I'm not blaming him, I just don't think he is very good and prefer it when we can play with more mobile forwards.
If someone can post a picture of where Huth's arm is in relation to his body you can clearly see it's more than 50-50.
Tom...I agree with you, but we all know your verdict on the decisions now, it comes across as rubbing it in. Best to say your bit and move on.
