I know mate, cant believe how much our home games have been screwed over. Im hoping to make the Chelsea game if not tbats me done for this season.
You know my reasons son.. I feel really bad for Blunham, a lad who I have a lot of time for but knowing him and the Wessington, he will be well happy with the Guinness in there.. We arranged this some months ago, unfortunately my life goes day to day, week to week, I ain't saying anymore but those that know me know the real reasons and care enough to understand. Might happen to you lot one day!! The reason I feel bad for Blunham is because the last game I was at, the Stoke home game it was going to be a fanfare then, in fact people said where will you be in the Victory and we said standing at the bar upstairs, you cannot miss QWOP, he looks like a dodgy ****er with a suicide belt on (sorry mate).. It ended up, me QWOP, Home and Away and his lad but we had a good slurp and a good day, the win helped like.. So when I see people as flaky as **** on here now, you will see as well as my situation, I do not post much. There's a few on here though that really rattle my cage that are liked by people who I really admire.. Hope you are having a great night P and looking forward to seeing you here soon, take care mate & enjoy.. Just remember something the lot of you will ya.. http://www.not606.com/threads/well-done-syd.26665/ This is where it all started after the 606, so the fact we all get together as and when, is a credit to everyone on here..
Well I'd like to say I had a great time meeting Blunham today. But am not gonna tell lies he's a c*nt. Obviously I'm talking crap. A very pleasant afternoon with him n the boys. PS. Sorry about later Mate but I have major downers after performances like that.
You do not have to explain yourself dad, you have more reason than anyone not to mAke it Whats everyone apart fron Bri's excuse???
I was with Bri. and '83 as arranged ages ago, and I definately didn't say that I was going to The Victory today anyway . . . . although I really would have liked to have been in both places at the same time I'm disappointed that it wasn't as well attended as expected, and am hoping that next week before the Leicester game will result in a better NOT606 turn-out . . . . I will be there, as will Smug and a few others, I believe
It was good to see you again, too, Bri . . . . and '83 and Mrs. Bellend '83 has been 'in a bad place' recently, for those that are interested, but he's seeing some light now and is planning ahead . . . . he's away to The Lakes next week with his daughter, then after the Leicester match is flying to a familiar place abroad He's okay
It was a pleasure to meet you too Gil. One of the lads wasn't feeling too good so I just thought bugger it, lets get back in the car and head back. Just had a last guinness for the night in the village pub and now I'm off to my own bed. Don't think I'll be doing that again for awhile though.
Absolutely no need to feel bad about anything mate. Family first! Always!! I look forward to sorting something out in the summer if we can get up to see some cricket. Take care and don't forget to look after yourself as well!! And @grandpops hope you're feeling better soon mate.
Creased! With 83 I never know what or how much I should say on here. Always feel like I'll put my foot in it. I'm not the best judge on what info I should share and what I shouldn't you see.
As I said..I was coming off a 14 hour night shift and then back for a 12 hour one after the game, so my visit was always going to be a fleeting one..I came round to the Victory at quarter past two, but none of the lads or lasses I knew were standing outside where they said they would be, and I wasn't going to pay 50p door entry when I couldn't even have a pint and was not certain that any of the people on here were in there..
Sorry if this makes me sound ike a tosser but I thought nee **** was gannin anymore. Feel like a **** now.
Amazing how many people suddenly take a turn for the worse or have unexpected circumstances arise the day before a meetup
