Pochettino IMHO is going to have start choosing the FBs on the basis of who is going to be least sloppy in the run-in.
Its been such a good effort so far, but Im afraid thats the end of the title race. As good as Spurs have been, we just couldnt beat the strong sides other than Man City.
Feel pretty exhausted after that and a little disappointed. It's easy to conclude that we can't win the league now but I just don't think that's the case yet. Did anyone really believe that we would win every game until the end of the season? I would have said this game would be one where we dropped points. I said before this game that we needed to at least maintain the 5 point gap after Man utd, we might have even cut it by the end of tommorow.
I thought over the 90 minutes we had marginally the better play, but you created the much better chances. Draw a fair result, if probably useless to both teams. Do you fancy swapping coutinho for eriksen ?
Don't understand the nervy comments. Son was ****, alli had hist worst game all season, walker was constantly out of position. Everyone else played well i thought. maybe the centre backs looked less of a wall than usual, but i'd largely put that down to coutinho.
This game confirmed to me that Son is simply not at a level good enough to add to this squad. I simply don't get what he brings to the team. Squandered several good chances today. Pressure got to him.
Can only see them dropping 4 points or so. So we probably need 4 wins and a draw out of our last 6 games to beat them. **** knows what leicester are going to do, but I'd snap your hand off for 15 points, to sow up top 4 and give us a sniff of the title.
