Short get out? So who comes in? Idiot! We created 10 good chances today (including 2 or 3 down to Cattermole) and Ben Forster was the difference. Not Ellis Short. The opposition keeper. Youre an idiot. Never had anything positive on this forum to say

4 games unbeaten and a clean sheet, yes we should be beating Westbrom at home but like you say, we can beat Norwich and Everton, still find it hard not think today was a nail in our coffin

Four points behind Norwich with a game in hand and a better goals for and against against both Norwich and Newcastle , on the heels of that Sunderrland performance .....surely you jest . I think there is also an outside chance of Norwich and Sunderland both catching a horrible Palace team of late.

We are still in the mix, just, but we are playing well and have a chance if we can avoid defeat at Norwich, if we win who knows Palace could yet be a surprise canditate.

Just done my own mini-prediction. Last seven games, we get 11 points, toon get eleven and Norwich 6.

Safe. But as I have said the last three seasons, this should never happen again.

The only thing that today has changed is the Norwich has gone from a must not lose to a must win that's all.

It's all in our hands, beat the league leaders, hammer Norwich, win the game in hand and we are home and dry, Still in the woods, but there is a way out.

We aren't getting 11. We've blown out two easiest games (on paper) and are going down! It's a fight between you, Norwich and a woeful Palace for the final slot! I'm praying its Palace haha

I'm a Norwich supporter and don't usually stray from the NCFC board, but wanted to see how our relegation rivals are feeling.

I think it's still early to tell at the moment, it looks like Newcastle will take 19th place and 18th is still up for grabs. Norwich aren't going to win all our remaining games, so Sunderland still have a chance to catch us, especially with your game in hand. It's not over by a long shot and it's going to be a nervy end to the season for both sets of supporters.

On my predictor, I have us unbeaten for the rest of the season! But. Hear me out......

Next 5 games, all draws. That's Leicester home, Norwich away, Arrsenal home, Stoke away, Chelsea home.

Win last two. Everton home, Watford away.

In that, I think I have a margin of dropping two points (ie losing two I have as a draw, etc) or drawing a one of the last two.

Been generous for the toon. Beating Swansea, Palace and Villa at home. Drawing with Man City home and Spurs at away (very generous). Losing to Saints away next week and Liverpool away.

Norwich have a tough run-in. I have them drawing the next two. Palace away then us at their place; losing the next two - Arsenal away and Manure home. Finaly beating Watford (h) drawing Everton (a).

    RELAX!

Monty get a grip - a though I missed game from stats on Web site we had more chances MOM THEIR keeper - the number of times thats happe n ed against Sunderland ' we're not clinical - IF BSA (not ES) can't sort we are in trouble but we had a clean sheet - a point a game may be enough - but chill - as Sunderland fans we should be used to this
