Would say we deserved that win, Newcastle playing with 12 players with that ref. Get in, happy with that.

We won that game 3 times over. best team through out, anything other than a win would have been so so hard to take. Our football today was fantastic. For such a massive pressure game, for the most part, we looked so calm and collected on the ball. Passed it around really really well. We created chances, were very unlucky with some. Ref kept trying to screw us over.

I feel like such a mess right now. I don't know where I am!

    Well played <applause>

Big step to safety that - especially with Sunderland only drawing. We're definitely looking down - nothing more than we deserve.

Thank you, nice of you to say. Must be hurting.

I do think we more than deserved the points today.

I thought Townsend and Mitrovic looked promising for you today.

Mmbop's goal just looks better from each camera angle <ok>
Martin Olsson with a crucial injury time winner? You're 'avin' a laugh <yikes>

Sunderland and Newcastle both got games in hand, but it's truly in our hands now.

We've had a season full of promising. Promises can be broken though!

Yea, but Newcastle's is Man City. Think Sunderland are someone like Everton. So tough games for both. This end of the season though, we see mad results.

They play each other next week. Plus we have to play NU. Relegation spots will stay the same I think <ok>

    Graciously said mate <ok>

I think it's still a very long way from over so I don't think you'll find any of us are counting our chickens yet.

Plus neither Watford or Palace are exactly pulling up trees just at the moment. And we still have both of them to play.

I wouldn't have felt it was a season full of promise. McClaren was an insane appointment. I would have been worried for this season if I was a Newcastle fan.

Yeah but it's Man City, you never know if they will turn up and I would say Newcastle have more than enough to get a result there.
