Second favourite to be sacked... http://www.thesackrace.com/championship/ Do the bookies know something we don't? Or is it just hopeful punters sticking a load on?
He was favourite until the guy at Coventry had bets placed. He is probably favourite as he is the manager most likely to move on to a job with a bigger club should one become available. It is not because he is about to spit his dummy out when the club are unable to sack Bullard.
That book was made weeks ago as you well know Percival. It really is to do with the chance of him moving on to better things.
I hope you're right, but I can't see it. That said, I can't see him lasting til the end of the season, his big book of excuses must surely be coming to an end?
Pearson to still be in charge on last day of season Yes 4/11 N0 2/1 Victor Chandler Fancy investing some of your student loan?
Excuses for what exactly? Do you remember PB's pre-seasons? poor.. All we can go on so far is this season's pre-seasons and it's 4 wins including 3-0 vs Liverpool, top team spirit too.. The club is in solid state financially If NP was going it would have been earlier on in the summer not now.. Your wish may come true if the season is a disaster but even you would have to admit that he's had his hands tied by your buddy Jimmy being on the payroll. Bet you're not a Hull FC supporter are you..
Pearsons really doing a crap job with this exciting young side we've got isn't he, sack him now I think before they get even better!! Lets have Bullard back and ***an even, maybe we can resign Folan?! Seriously though this is probably the most exciting young squad I've seen at the club in my 3 decades as a fan, Pearsons Babes I reckon!
Underperforming last season, this season he has none. Hazily, completely irrelevant though. Three other HUGE WINS too. We'll see when the season starts, but he has to improve on last season. So? That has nothing to do with him. No, it'll be October/November probably. JB isn't included in the wage budget, he's a "bonus" as it were, a bonus that is being pissed away by Big Nige because he doesn't know how to manage. No I'm not... They're not exciting, they're young. I don't see how people easily confuse the two. I'd happily have Bullard back, and as I've said before, if it came to having Bullard is a player or Pearson as a manager, I know which one I'd pick, and it's not the overweight Phil Parkinson.
Seriously though, does any one else notice, that whenever we we win,Perce gets more active with his wummin ?
