Lawro predicts a defeat: "The Swans are not mathematically safe yet, but they are no longer in any serious danger of the drop after winning three of their last four games. Stoke are eighth with 46 points from their first 31 games, and are on course to break their club record for their highest Premier League points tally and finishing position, which was 54 points and ninth last season. Lawro's prediction: 2-1"
............................... How many players will we have out for this game? That's the issue, cannot see us getting anything, and thankfully all those in the dogfight have tough games I doubt they will get anything from. We don't play well after these international breaks either, though hopefully Kingsley at LB will be a plus..
Only Ayew missing, To be fair they have loads missing Butland, Wlaters, Shaqiri, Shawcross<Wilson and Johnson. Cameron and Whelan face late fitness tests. So if ever we were going to do something this would be our opportunity. I am going for a 1 - 1.
Didn't realise Stoke had so many injuries. We can win this if the players listen to Curt and not Guido.
This is a big ask and a point would put a huge smile on my face. Forever the optimist, with all Stokes injuries, score draw
I think we will be playing our little known 1-7-3 (the one being the keeper before anyone says we'd have 12 players) formation and hope not to concede for 90 mins. In all seriousness I would rather go there and have a go, try and put them on the back foot, but I fear it will be another park the bus with Guidolin bollocking anyone who dares to pass forward or go over the half way line.
