Pressure is on now to come up with amendments to a scheme (2 years in the planning according to HDM) within a few weeks to enable renewals to start. Hopefully they'll be burning the midnight oil to get it right although there will inevitably still be some winners and losers, unless they guarantee that nobody will pay a higher price then the cost of this seasons as a transitional concession.
Lets hope they can come up with something better to please everyone, we all know prices this season needed looking at, felt for some groups of fans whether moving seat, families , concessions ect. In general I think Adults were saving mine was around £60/£70 pounds so I was happy, daughters up way to much. I've two mates who want to become pass holders at the right price I'm sure there would be many others how ever if things don't change I can see many leaving.
What amazes me is that you continue to expect something better. There is a difference, at least to me, between being blunt and being rude. You don't have to extend courrtesy when someone is being deliberately rude and/or under hand with you. Mooney has no obligation to answer questions to anyone representing any Internet forum, especially if that person has been openly critical of him and his employers.
It just comes down to manners. I expect people in formal meetings to have good manners. The club invited PLT to a meeting to discuss fans concerns and they should have answered his questions.
I think it was the one before last. He wasn't invited to the meeting about the membership scheme. If he was on the committee he should have been invited. As I said previously, it reflects more on the club than on PLT.
HCST wanted representation at the meetings, they didn't expect the entire board of directors to be invited. There are certain things that James Mooney won't/can't discuss and gets hacked off when pressed on them, mainly because answering questions about things like our social media names involves defending the indefensible.
Its still no excuse for a lack of manners. Its fairly easy to say I won't/can't answer that, politely.
I'm not exactly sure what's being referred to here or if I'm being quoted. There certainly have been times at FWG meetings where I've felt that the club seemed irritated by me having questions to ask, and some bizarre comments were made when I requested answers to certain things, but I don't recall ever saying that someone was rude to me. Not that I'm defending them or saying it's not rude. They obviously didn't like me asking certain things and that's the problem with the group really. It exists for the club to tell fans what it wants to tell them, rather than for the fans to know what they want to know. I now know I wasn't the only one who was removed from the group. Seems there was a bit of a cull with the people most vocally annoyed at the club removed.

I wonder if it was the people expression theirbdisgustbat the scheme as envisaged who brought about a change of mind or Happy who thought as the Allams were doing it then it must be a jolly good idea and, in any case, they saved us so they should be free to do what they want anyway.

Doesn't affect you either way does it? Either way, if correct, it appears the club has listened & acted in a fair & appropriate manner. Fair play to them. Let's wait for the announcment, applaud it, embrace it & move forward as one.
Doesn't affect you because you don't go, you just whinge and moan about everything in and around Hull online. Like I said, it was never finalised, whether that's because it wasn't finalised or because they've listened and reacted well to comments, who gives a ****? Those of us that go will benefit. The owners are doing their best. The players and certain groups of fans need to do the same too now. That's really all that matters right now. Now, feel free to carry on with your snidey and snarky comments on anything and everything in the ER including Hull, the football club and owt else you can turn your misery on. Ta.
