... who's have thought that these 3 might be meeting up to play for England in the 2016 Euros eh? please log in to view this image Harry Kane (red), Jamie Vardy (blue) and Danny Drinkwater (green) were all on the bench for Leicester's 2013 Championship play-off semi-final second-leg defeat against Watford
Back then there was talk of Drinkwater being surplus to requirments which i always thought was ludicrous. Ive always rated him We all thought Vardy just wasnt good enough for the Championship and Harry Kane was just a **** version of Chris Wood
... not ALL of us ... http://www.not606.com/threads/vardy.218961/ ... but in no way did I ever foresee what he has since acheived ...
i am glad you put the colours next to the name s other wise our new fans might not have known who was who. lets face it Harry Kane wasn't good enough to lace Chris Woods boots back then.
You are right Weller ... my recollection is of a kid with a good first touch being played wide when obviously not a wide player ...
My View exactly. When he went back to spurs I thought they see something in him we didn't unfortunately they were right
He obviously had something about him, Spurs loaned him out for the experience. Shame for him that he came when he did. An excellent striker with a lot more to come.
Yep - they saw him as a striker. Just like Millwall did when he was with them (and scored against us). Shame we didnt.
