... who's have thought that these 3 might be meeting up to play for England in the 2016 Euros eh?

Harry Kane (red), Jamie Vardy (blue) and Danny Drinkwater (green) were all on the bench for Leicester's 2013 Championship play-off semi-final second-leg defeat against Watford

Of the three Harry Kane would have been the least likely. We've not had a worse striker since.

Back then there was talk of Drinkwater being surplus to requirments which i always thought was ludicrous. Ive always rated him

We all thought Vardy just wasnt good enough for the Championship and Harry Kane was just a **** version of Chris Wood

i am glad you put the colours next to the name s other wise our new fans might not have known who was who.
lets face it Harry Kane wasn't good enough to lace Chris Woods boots back then.

Its what you get when you play an out and out striker on the right wing - Kane that is.

Kane was only 19 and Pearson never picked him in his best position.

You are right Weller ... my recollection is of a kid with a good first touch being played wide when obviously not a wide player ...

He obviously had something about him, Spurs loaned him out for the experience. Shame for him that he came when he did.
An excellent striker with a lot more to come.

Yep - they saw him as a striker. Just like Millwall did when he was with them (and scored against us). Shame we didnt.
