Fork in the road game for bottom 10 teams , by weekends end we could be in 11th or back in the middle of the relegation battle . I think if Sunderland can win this one they will be more safe than not .....big weekend all round.A Norwich vs Newcastle draw would go a long way for the Black Cats IMO.
Sorry lads i cant make the meetup. Ive managed to wrangle coming to the game but unfortunatly ill have to drive cause I cant get my lads looked after till after 12pm. Hopefully get to meet a few of you before the seasons out .
Spurs didn't win with Bale in the team for 20 odd games - Doesn't make the player to blame and I'm not superstitious at all anyhow.
Law of averages says play Rodwell then IMO. He's picking up a semblance of form, albeit not ten million quid's worth, but he's handy going forward and needs to play if we're going to get anything out of him. Kirchoff was pretty crap when he started and now look at him. A Rodwell who hadn't picked up injuries might be on song by now...
I will be driving as well mate and just expecting to drop in for a short while...That is if I can drag my arse out of bed in time of course... I'm currently about to start my third of 8 straight night shifts ranfgng from between 12 and 14 hours each, as due to holiday, sickness and bloody jury service, we only have to out of hours managers out of 5 available. .Anyway, that's my rant over,... The bottom line is that I'm hoping to get across early enough to pop in..
Just realised i put this on the wrong thread . Ill copy and paste it on the meetup thread.. Ouch 8 straight nightshifts on the trot. I struggle after 5 usually and theres no way i could get up earlier than needed. Try and enjoy the game anyway mate, catchup with you at the Chelsea game hopefully .

Allardyce needs to show faith in his squad for this game, you're more than capable of beating WBA, but if he goes in with a 'don't lose' mentality, you could end up not winning and anything less than 3 points in this game should be deemed a huge failure. You should set up offensively and take the three points, anything other than that and you'll be scratching your heads again next week.
The game us there to be had. Look at the team Bri suggested. Its bloody half decent. The only thing that will stop the 3pts in the bag is SA.
Really think we could f l y up the league IF we survive - faith and luck needed oh .........and clean sheets
