Who do you guys think is the dead ball king right now? Messi, and Ronaldo slowed down a bit in this aspect of their goal scoring. Pjanic from Roma is very very good. Payet has mad technique. Calhanoglu is the most consistent for me.
James Milner ... and corners .... will give your goalkeeper endless opportunities for catching practice
All joking aside, Bambi, if you end up with CL footy (which is looking like a certainty, at the moment), you could get in some real quality players. Yes, you will have to spend big, and you will have to massively increase your wages bill, but you'd be an attractive enough proposition to do that. The downside is, of course, that should you finish outside the top 4 at the end of next season, you'll most certainly lose all of those players, and be lumped with a wages bill that would be unsustainable long term for a mid-table club.
... we've already started buddy ... quietly ... Demarai Gray is an undoubted talent and Daniel Amartey looks very assured ... we are reportedly going back with a £23 m offer for Ahmed Musa shortly and perhaps for Alexsander Dragovic too ... unprecedented waters for our club but with owners who seem committed to fulfilling their ambitions ...
I think many Leicester fans would be happy with becoming an established mid table Prem club. They are not going to be able to compete revenue wise with the bigger clubs
... latest stats place us as the 24th richest club in Europe ... or so I read ... with our billionaire owner's business booming (unlike some) ... that will do for me ... we can compete with all but the very biggest financially... no debt, ground in the club's hands and the fastest growing club brand in south east Asia ....
Fair enough I did not know you were no 24 Still must be way behind United and a long way behind City Arsenal chelsea though?
And Liverpool and Spurs. http://www.teamtalk.com/news/seventeen-pl-clubs-in-list-of-worlds-top-30-richest And Newcastle and West Ham and Everton and...
...absolutely ... but the only thing that we can't combat is if our players are actually determined to go ... and that's a fact of life ...
Yep. And West Ham Spurs chelsea Liverpool city will all have 55-60k stadiums Soon. Not as important as commercial aspect I know. Can Leicester really compete commercially with Spurs let alone chelsea and Liverpool. They would need five seasons of CL football for that
If a player has the choice of playing for UTD, Liverpool or Leicester, where do you think the player would choose (assuming all would pay the same wages and the player would be 1st choice on the pitch) Probably UTD first then Leicester.
