I propose two possible solutions for my dispute with brb : 1. I carry on tearing strips out of him, making him look a clown, and him getting so angry and frustrated, his head explodes. 2. We try to negotiate a settlement agreement in good faith. Either would be fine. I offer the second one purely because I don't like to see people suffering (genuinely true that btw).

The conditions are designed to represent a gesture of goodwill. They effectively seek to bind (in both senses of the word) us in spirit, rather than by letter and enforcement. I see it as a simple, effective, and conflict avoiding method of proceeding, without engendering the further grounds for disagreement which a lengthy and detailed document would inevitably itself create, and which gives us both the authority to continue to manage our own positions voluntarily. I'm actually bathing in the glory of the proposed agreement's elegance tbh.
