You are as fickle as they come HIAG.

On your now infamous Berahino **** up thread you were creaming your pants about him in the summer, then when he didn't go on strike like you predicted, you went all limp on him and said you were never really that bothered anyway, and here you are rubbing your todger again.

I hope he does go to Spurs, because he's a petulant prick.

  2. I'm neutral on the subject, to be honest, Pixie.

On the one hand, yes, it would be utterly hilarious if he did come to us, because that would set the Royal seal on your wum fcuk-up. On the other, if he doesn't come to us it will be because Poch has his eyes on someone better.

If he goes to Spurs it would simply reinforce what I said, that he could leave WBA to join a bigger club and your wum **** up would be further compounded. If he doesn't then as I also said, he could knuckle down with WBA, which would also pull the rug out from under you.

You see, I didn't make any specific claim about what his future would hold and this is where you walked into this wum **** up. What makes it funnier is that you keep going back to it highlighting how much of a mess you made of it. Like I keep saying to you, you are the viliage idiot who keeps going back to touch the electric fence to see if it's still live. The fact that it is, doesn't seem to stop you going back again and again :)

Anyway, on topic. Lukaku would be a great signing for Arsenal. He's quick, strong, mobile and has a killer instinct for goal. It's the one thing we've been lacking, a clinical finisher. I think we'd be looking at £40m+ for him though.

Probably more. They paid £28m and lots of clubs are looking at him.
    £40,000,001? <whistle>

We could try that one again <laugh>

But being adventurous, I reckon Wenger might offer £40,000,002 ...

I think you've misunderstood Stan. CFC was just thinking out loud his reasons for who to support next season.

To be fair I think he'll start the season, as usual, with Chelsea before going into hibernation for the winter and then flip flapping throughout Spring. Hardcore.

I'm not so sure this time round. The quote about no "CL footie" is quite telling. He won't be able to deal with that.

True, he has been cosying up to the Spurs fans recently. We know he's shameless so it wouldn't surprise me if he joined the Chav exodus to Arsenal. Much of his decision will depend on the FFP and coefficient stats.

You'd be looking at North of £55m.

Kenwright and Moshiri won't want to lose him and he's got 3 years left on his current contract, so we're under no pressure to sell.

It'll take big money to sign him, but I still expect him to go, he's not even 23 yet and is a proven 1 in 2 PL goalscorer.

Could Everton be the club that get raided this Summer? Reckon someone will be back in for Stones too and possibly Barkley?

Stones will go, as he's got no intention of signing a new deal and he'll have 2 years left in the summer.

My bet would be to United when Maureen lands.

Barkley will stay imo and sign a new deal.

We could end up with a budget of £150m this summer.

Probably a fair assessment... when does Barkleys contract run till currently?

Having the budget is good but you gotta spend it right...maybe have a new manager?

Can certainly see Stones at United.

Barkley has 2 years left, but a new contract will be offered shortly. I can't see him leaving Everton just yet.

If it was my choice I'd bomb Martinez out tomorrow, but if we win the Cup we'll be safe for another season.

Replaced Lukaku's goals is going to be near impossible, irrespective of our budget.

Massive summer for Everton coming up.

I agree but you could say that about a lot of clubs too, I'd say it's the biggest Summer for us since promotion too.

To be fair this season has been brilliant but next year is already shaping up to be very interesting too.

Giroud and £20m. Good deal for both teams.
