Much much much better than the remake. Has that cold eighties feel to it. Michael Mann directed it. Got that same vibe he later did in Heat. Disagree on Winter Soldier though....loved it up until the ending...another battle above a city was a bit mweh......
Spoiler: Spoilersfullofflawedchracterdevelopment Shot in the arm or shoulder i think as like for like retribution for that one saviour (Dwight ??) who one of Daryl or Rosita shot in the arm the previous episode, they've obvs not killed him off and I don't think they will for a good while. A certain Asian gentleman on the other hand could be meeting a certain wire wrapped blunt object very soon. On another note I really don't like how they're handling the Carol character atm ... struggle to grasp how a woman who was that hardened mere episodes ago has gone all soppy and pacifist, alright she's had dealings with Morgan and his pov but she's shifted massively in 2-3 episodes which is unrealistic. Her acting meek and helpless when she was captured was exactly that but the distress she was in was obviously not an act ... guess it's understandable given the **** these peeps have had to deal with, still not buying her running off like that though. Course it's probably just for the plot so she can do another sneak attack at some point, but there's another problem in that it's repetitive and been done before

Americans love blowing up capitals. Olympus has fallen was so so so ridiculous it was untrue. there was one point where a car was flying round the gardens no? it was woeful. I saw triple 9. i felt it was quite good up to a point. I felt it ticked along nice was quite a good movie and premise and then the ending was a bit obvious. triple 9 is probably worth downloading.
Whitehouse Down was better than both Fallens ... think that concept is limited as in certain European cities it's being played out for real, all you need to do is watch the news
not a new one or anything but Salt is a good film for anyone who hasnt seen it or been put off by angelina jolie in it. theres a part in that where they take down the whitehouse

Watched Deadpool on Saturday. Thought it was great with some very funny moments too. Also watched Guardians of the Galaxy. Pile of ****e imo, it was far too Star Warsy for my liking
