Love him or hate him, there is never a dull moment when Arry is talking.
Would be less window unwinding though : the heat outside would be stifling (especially
when you have got the A/C inside on full) .

I get that there's a bit of ribbing about Harry taking on the job but I really don't see the problem.

Players at the end of their careers are going to obscure leagues so why can't managers do the same? Beckham does it and everyone praises him for helping raise the profile and standard in the MLS, despite pissing off back to a good European club at every opportunity. 'Arry does it and it's just a grab for cash.

I'm sure there's plenty of money in it but so long as he puts the effort in, as I'm sure he will, it's a good thing for the sport. Just get someone to help him with announcing the squad, preferably not David Pleat!

That interview is gold though <laugh>

The Fail are suggesting that Redknapp's going to be overlooking Tim Sherwood at Pride Park, as the latter is to take the head coach role there.
'Arry and 'Arry-lite? Perhaps the younger man can learn a few things and up his game a bit, as his time at Villa Park was awful.
Not entirely his fault, perhaps, but a significant black mark on a fledgling career.

I guess that means more punditry for Glenn Hoddle. It seems to be a bit of a waste for a talented coach.
Couldn't we bring him back to the Lane in some capacity?
Surely he'd be able to bring something to the Academy and still continue with his media work?

When I saw Sherwood was at Swindon last night, I was thinking he might be taking over there, but I have since heard the coach in charge there has been given a 5 year contract, so he probably was there as a guest of his mate Lee Power, the Swindon chairman.

As for Derby, I think they'll wait and see what league they are in next season before making a decision on who is in charge. I gather the Derby owner lives next door to Harry is Sandbanks, so it is quite possible Harry will still be involved in some capacity.

Redknapp's second game in charge of Jordan didn't go quite as well as the first.
Australia beat them 5-1 and their goal was a late consolation.

Massimo Luongo was amongst the goalscorers, a player who signed for us while Redknapp was our manager.
He's currently playing for another of his past sides, QPR.

Redknapp's contract with Jordan appears to be up, rather strangely.
He was only signed for two games and joined just before they were played.
No idea if there'll be an extension.

BTW some the Jordan players resorted to some crude agricultural challenges to try to stem the green & gold tide. Apparently Arry was ropable don't need a translator for that.
