They'll do **** all but continue to pressurise the UN to give them rights over a territory they have no claim to. Same as it always was, a convenient distraction for the Argies to deflect the public eye away from real issues.
Next Thursday? That would give someone time to get in there and set up some property investment shenanigans...
She didn't pressurise the UN, she simply asked them to do their job, in which, much like this case, they failed.
If this is about Mauricio Pochettino, tell the slippery **** he's not getting Jay Rodriguez at any price.
I knew what you meant, I simply turned the question on its head. I recall the Falklands War and the events leading up to it, Maggie may have been unpopular and to some it may seem like a distraction but the vast majority of the UK population was behind her 100%, not because they wanted a war and not because they liked Maggie, it was just because they do not like seeing naked aggression go unpunished.
Now you are twisting my words. I was specifically talking about the UK's reaction to Argentina's cowardly act in invading the Falklands.
Nowadays the British baulk at playing conkers without doing a risk assessment first. "British Bulldog" is not allowed in school playgrounds. We are no longer the warrior race we once were. That old Irish war horse the 1st Duke of Wellington would not recognise modern Britain.
