His pace tore the Premiership defense to shreads (when he could be bothered to use it) imagine him against League One players??? The man is a legend solely for his goal against the Pal-arse
Just can't see it happening... he's not going to come in as 2nd choice RW, he'll want more than we can afford, and... just no. Would be fun, but no.
One of the great under-achievers. Apart from that legendary goal, the best performance I ever saw from him was when he took England apart in Copenhagen. I was in a packed bar in Corfu wearing my Charlton shirt and people kept shouting over "that's your bloke, innit?" - oh, the shame...
It just won't happen. A current Danish international plying his trade in the English div 3. We've got more chance of signing Fabregas!!
agree. would be woeful. think the lower level he went to, he would just get even more ineffective im thinking of some sunday league games ive played in, he would have been destroyed. no bottle.
It won`t happem BUT he is a legend for that goal....I can remember it as if it were yesterday,in amongst the palace fans i`d given MT Junior a lecture to keep quiet even if we score as the locals wouldnt take kindly to us revealing our alleigance then....that goal and MT leapt into the air screamed "get in there..expletive expletive"...happy days.
No he would'nt. He would bottle all the 50-50 challenges, and be scared off by some of the hairy arsed defenders in this league. Oh and can't see us paying him £20k a week can you ?
