Toby Maguire Spider-Man films were last superhero films that were tolerable for me... And they Wern't that great. They're all crap now.
Besides chocolate eggs on Easter Sunday and Easter egg hunts, Easter isn't really a big holiday in the states. Good Friday isn't anything and no one has even heard of Easter Monday. Religious people go to church... But besides chocolate eggs it's a non-event. It's not like the civilized world where you get time off school or work.
Didn't like them. They sucked. They needed better plots. The casting and acting was fine but there were just so boring.
I was thinking Batman Begins as the last, and only because it was less about him being a superhero but more the back story to becoming a vigilante.
That was my favourite of the Nolan Batman trilogy, I thought it was very good. Dark Knight was so so, Heath Ledger was a good joker, but the last minute introduction and quick resolution to Two-Face was lame. The less said about the third movie the better.
Started the new Line of Duty, really good show if you haven't seen it get it sorted. Watched more Daredevil I think I'm on ep9 still very good.
Daniel Mays ... yeah he's brill check him out in Mike Leigh's All or Nothing He does tend to play psychos on telly and film and is at risk of getting typecast but he does it so well
I have always liked Lea Thompson too. Ever since I saw her in Jaws 3 and Back to the Future. Still would.
