Remember the old saying - when Leicester and Spurs are strong, England are strong.

Not watched all of this, but what I have suggests all of our guys have done well - apart from the Alli sitter

Shame for Ali. He's done well, deserved a goal.

Danny Rose has been absolutely superb tonight. Who would have thought it a couple of seasons ago. Fair play to him

This is up there for me with the 5-1 win due to all the Spurs players. All 4 have been fantastic tonight. Now let's rest them mid week!!!

With the disallowed goal, a draw would have been a fair result.
Have to say, Germany have been a good test.
Best team Spurs have played since Dortmund.

Smashing stuff. Best performance I've seen from England in years. That was damn near the strongest Germany side they could have put out too.

You can argue we were lucky with the disallowed goal, but I think the level of England's performance, and the fact that we missed a couple of gilt-edged opportunities to score and the Germany opener used our injured keeper to their supreme advantage (brilliantly done to be fair and Butland should have put the ball out when he had the chance) means it was a fair result.

After that one, watch Roy bring in Rooney, Wilshere and the rest too for the Euros.

All we need is Walker to have a good game against Holland, all returnees uninjured,
    and job done.
