Brilliant goal - both England goals have been quality strikes.
I'm so shocked. That was actually enjoyable, and was like normal. Great play but losing.

Luckily, he's half kept to that. He's still picking big names who have played sh*t, but at least the players in form have carried us through.
I feel like I need to give Roy a lot of credit, but yet feel like I want to shake him still.

Yep, Like Cahill, Henderson and Lallana starting, when they have all had pretty poor seasons.
Totally agree - easily the better side and deserved the win. All the Spuds players were good, especially Danny Rose.
I thought Henderson played well tonight although I'd have Barkley in to start preferably.

Really enjoyed that, great team display. The likes of Rooney should be consigned to the history books. A new chapter is underway. These lads were really playing for each other.

England must aim high after beating Germany and target success in France this summer, says former England winger Chris Waddle.
"I'm fed up of us going to a tournament, like Brazil, saying it is a learning curve, the next one is a learning curve," said the BBC Radio 5 live pundit.
"What are we building for? Qatar? All these players going to the tournament are first-choice Premier League players. Let's try to win it.
"Do Germany go to a tournament and say it is a learning curve? Will France be saying it is a learning curve for the World Cup in Russia? No.
"None of these teams go to go out in the quarter-finals, pat themselves on the back and say well done."

We REALLY need a free kick expert on the pitch. I guess Snoddy was pretty good at them and Redmond has scored from them occasionally, but mostly they're way off target.
