Everybody knows to go down if you're injured. Roy is indeed a ****, but Butland should definitely have made it abundantly clear that he was unable to continue.
England haven't played too badly. Alli unsurprisingly the best player on the pitch along with Dier, but I fear Woy is too ****ing stupid to drop Rooney in Alli's place and Henderson in Dier's.
I don't even think he'll play Rooney in the position All is occupying tonight. He'll probably play him as the main striker like we always do. Which seems likely to keep Kane on the bench.
