Sports relief is a joke

Not according to people close to him he didn't.....These high profile TV begging shows should be banned or at least put on a minor TV channel that if you want to watch such rubbish you can tune in. We pay enough in over sea's aid that dont get to it's target for what it is intended anyway without throwing more money away. Charity begins at home where it should be.

 

I have to say even if he didn't demand a fee, but was given it, accepting it (that goes for any presenter on any of these programmes) is actually quite obscene, you are asking hard working people to give while you are being paid. Surely that fee should have been put into the money raised and not their pockets.

 

Feed the World when there are more food banks opening on a daily basis and old peoples homes closing at an alarming rate in our own country.....ironic really...
