This is the premiership roof, A much harder league to do with a club like Swansea than Udinese who are not famous enough to be world beaters.....I think Guildo has bitten off more than he can handle myself....

Coleman would be an excellent choice but i cant see him agreeing to let Jenkins being involved with the playing side, Great choice if Coleman can have full control...

In the past Coleman has said he wouldn't manage Swansea because of possible repercussions to his family if things went tits up.

If he was such a top manager how is it nobody here had ever heard of him or he has never been in the frame for a really big club......Bit strange that don't you think....

Mancini, Ancellitti and Raineri had no problem coming into the Premier and had terrific success , look at Raineri with lowly Leicester , that alone put a giant crack in you theory .
I think I would be more impressed with a manager taking over a smaller club in Italy and finishing above bigger clubs , wouldn't you ? . Big clubs in Italy are not interested Guidolin because they are to busy on the phone trying to contact Monk .....lol .... Just kiddin buddy

Talking about our only manager to take us to our highest finish in the premiership he looks to be the next manager of villa next season. A very good appointment if he gets it....

If he gets a Championship team , it will be a major achievement considering there is no more silver spoons left for him .
Monk will never manage a top flight team again IMO , you never know I suppose but I'd put money on it .
I think he'll be relegated to being a pundit for a bit then that's it .

Just for the sake of arguement , let's say we get a new manager come spring .
What does that say about Huw and the board .
Backs Monk way to long , then through a miracle when we are down and out , Curtis has them playing well and basically starts saving our bacon .
So much so Huw gives him the job till seasons end , then pulls the rug out from him to give the job to Guido a game later .
Even though we continue to get points , the rank and file are up in arms over Guido .
If we get a new manager come summer , this will be one of the most pitiful seasons a chairman and his board ever had doing their job bar none .
But it will be overlooked by most as long as he ditches Guido it seems.
Huw better get his sh:t together next season regardless of who is the manager because he is at the point where it appears he don't know their arse from a hole in the ground .
Maybe just bite the bullit and hand the reins over to Morgan .

Coleman was probably at the ground more to do with watching the Welsh boys for Thursday rather than thoughts of managing the Swans. Negotiations for a new welsh contract are beginning this week apparently

Let's be honest Dai, Monk left us in a much worse position and with a much stronger squad.

Monk never ....Jenkins and the board did and it has carried on throughout the season....Monks job was hindered and ruined through no fault of his own....
