If he has recovered and can still do a great job for us, then do not sell even at £50m (we'll only piss away the money on Carroll or Benteke Mark2 ). If he is shot and unlikely to regain his previous form and ability, then sell. Our history tells us that we have been piss poor at using any money received from selling our best players.
Studge is a quality player when fit but what good is that if he's only for for less than 25% of the time? I'd rather have a slightly inferior player that is hardly ever injured.
You do have a manager who is known for his ability to select good players and improve them now though.
