Arsenal the fans are arrogant, there players are arrogant, there manager is FRENCH and very arrogant.
It's a difficult question to answer this, for the simply reason that I have to support them all for at least two games a season; home and away against the Mags. If I had to single one out though it would have to be Chelsea. A club reborn with Russian blood money. Mourinho made them interesting. They are now just rich, but with no class whatsoever. They aren't even a proper football club any more. I didn't like them much in the 70s and 80s when they half of their crowd were complete aresholes but at least they were a proper club, unlike now. I still want them to beat the Mags every time they play them. If the Mags were playing a Hitler Youth XI I'd be a fascist for the day.
Tin beret you mean syd. Good shout on Chelsea bald, The fans seem to forget that up until a few years back, they were nowt. They still aren't seen as a particularly big club on the continent, yet they class themselves as Liverpool, Arsenal and Uniteds equals. That said, a lot of their 'core' fans are top lads and proper supporters.
Without question, it has to be Man United. Their arrogance is sickening and it's not just a few of them, it's all of them from Fergusson to the ball boys, but particularly Fergusson Success should not breed arrogance....
Chelsea would have been a close call, my mate still has a scar on his back off one of the Headhunters using the 2 bladed stanley.(Just so wrong on so many levels.) Believe it or not that day in the smoke I was saved by ManU fans
whilst i could say there are a number of teams that i dislike, i would never say that i hate them. i have family members who are newcastle supporters, and if i hated newcastle then surely that would mean that i hate them and i do not. i, like many enjoy winding up the odd mag, but at the end of the day it is just a bit of fun. hate is a terribly strong word to use and i am proud to say it is a word that i never use.
Hate's a strong word. Let me be positive before I'm negative. I have a soft spot for Wolves & the Baggies. Arsenal are the great entertainers. Negatively I wont miss W'Ham! if they go down & I could do without both manchester clubs but used to have a soft spot for Citeh before they got more money than sense.
In order of distaste (based on personal experience of rival fans behaviour): Spurs - Chelski - Everton In terms of waste of space: Wigan - Fulham - Blackburn Used to live nr Man City and always felt an affinity with their lot..and for some reason Wolves
wor Denis, Quinn, Reidy, Summerbee to name a few over the years. Moreso being from the more 'unfashionable' club in town, but the real club, so no glory boys and not giving an F what people thought about that. I hope City don't change too much with all this money they've got.
