I was there last night and thought we looked pretty good value considering it was a training match . My only concern would be that our left back got caught out a couple of times when their pacey right winger no. 15 (don't know his name, sorry) got the better of him to deliver some decent balls into the box. There appeared to be a good understanding between taylor and Morrison, however another concern was that Morrison did punt the ball to our forwards too much. Green was class, as was Dale whose passing accuracy had to be up at 90%. We clearly need another couple of strikers to offer competition to BWP, Hayesey and Benno.

To be fair to Wiggins, their winger was by far the best player they had. He was a real handful and I thought he did okay. He won't face too many wingers with that pace and skill this coming season.

I agree that Wiggins was fairly poor, but it wasn't just that the opposition winger was a handful, his passes were poor as was his vision. However, he did impress me at Welling so I'm just assuming, or rather hoping, that his performance last night was a one-off (although the last thing we need is an inconsistent full back).
