What was factually or legally incorrect about my posts so far?

Johnson is a convicted sex offender.check.

Chad Evans is a convicted rapist. Check.

Both their sisters are ****s of the highest order in their attempts at victim blaming on social media..check.

It is International Woman's Day..check.

It could be argued Johnson victim is still not a woman as she's not 18 yet. Check.

Frank i wasn't talking about your posts but people who post on that bizarre Justice for johnson site which because of peoples habit of posting horrendous stuff as if it doesn't matter could come back to bite them as you can be fairly sure the victim is going to be trashed again
mind you i hope he gets justice but i'm fairly sure my version of justice and his sisters are miles apart.

Yeah you're right..think Facebook took the original page down for that very reason.

By all means he has the right of appeal but his sister is being daft not leaving it to his lawyers.

Honestly think the daft bint looked at the pressure Evans sister put on things and thinks it'll work in this case.

Both should be charged with intefering in an ongoing case. Newspapers certainly would if they did it...

Wouldn't be at all surprised if that's what happens tbh, British justice is a farce.

On the Sunderland board they're saying that apparently the judge has said that he has to serve 3 years at a minimum, whether that's true or not I don't know

 

be out in half for good behaviour. Probably only do a couple of those.

i think its something like

any sentence under 10yr you serve half minimum

any over 10 you serve 2/3rds minimum

not certain though

 

His next girlfriend might be born whilst he's still in prison.


6 years seems a short sentence for underage sexual contact.

 

She was 15, not 5. What he did was disgusting, and he knew her age and deserves what he gets. But he got more than those two lads did for throwing acid in someone's face.

I don't feel sorry for him, but six years is enough, imo. His career and life is ruined. Good. He deserves that.

 

If 6 years really was 6 years yes... But everyone knows no one serves even half their sentence as long as they dont muck about too badly in jail and pretend repentance.

He'll probably be out in 2 and able to restart his career.

2 years is less than Studge has spent injured all totalled.

 

Enricky said earlier that the judge said he had to do at least three years of that six year sentence. I could be wrong but, only doing half a sentenc for good behaviour is only applied to the non-compulsory bit isn't it? So he'd be looking at a minimum of 4.5 years?
