Watched Supergirl and The Flash this week, liking both shows now. Supergirl started off a little slow but has picked up now. Next week they are teaming up (Flash and Supergirl) so should be a good one.
I'm a bit behind on Supergirl. Flash and Arrow only restarted again this week didn't they? another break after next week too
Yeah sucks they keep doing that After 3-4 eps I wasn't too sure on Supergirl, but the last 5 eps or so have been really good.
no i enjoyed it a lot more than the original 3, as a stand alone film ok not superb or even near, but comparing it to the old ones its mint
I really like that DC have made this TV show continuity. Sucks that they havent done what Marvel did and put all their shows AND movies into one Universe, which would be better. But the DC movies suck balls anyway (Man Of Steel was terrible, Batman V Superman looks worse). It may end up that we have two incarnations of the Justice League, one on TV and one on the Big Screen. I mean, why cast ANOTHER Flash for the BvS movie, they already have an established Flash in Grant Gustin, seems stupid to me. But yeah Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow and Legends Of Tomorrow all taking place in one universe is great. Loved Rip Hunters (The time traveller) line in Legends where he said "I have seen Men of Steel die and Dark Knights Fall!"
Give it a go, if you can sit through the old ones you should enjoy it tbh. Im a bit like that with that Revenant film, seen it 3 times and yeah its a decent watch, great cinematography and all that, but beyond the surface its a slow bore fest of monumental proportions imho. Everyone else thinks its great
Not seen revenant yet, been on my watch list for ages. Been sidetracked with house moving bollox so I've only been keeping up with TWD and BCS
Some sanity at last, tried to watch the first few shows, i felt almost wrong for watching it without the excuse of having say a teenage girl in the room to blame such viewing on, Because for me thats who their intended audience is. Flash the same, far too "ghad bless murica" cheese fest for me. i think i just vomited a bit in my mouth
on episode 11 of TWD season 6 now, should be done by tonight then its daredevil season 2 binge for a few days
