During the conversation, Anderson was told that reports that Evans was about to be sacked were 'rubbish'

Why would Cellino contact the Mirror direct, and not the YEP.

If I were Phil Hay, I'd be a bit miffed. Then again I have noticed that Messrs Hay, Sobot and co do not mix their words these days and have been very critical of our Presidente.

This will certainly put the Fabio Cannavaro rumours to bed. The former FIFA World player of the year could still probably do a job for us at the hear of our defence tbh.

I'm pleased to see Phil Hay does not mix his words when speaking to LUFC executives. I cannot recall him ever criticising Ken Bates in fact I got the impression that he was in Ken Bates pocket.

 

I've watched him a couple of times. Big unit for such a young lad. Played as CB, then CM in the matches I watched. Wouldn't get too excited though - he's only just broken into the u21s. Getting into the 1st team squad is another matter. Ask your mate Sloth!

 

I wonder if he's in someone else's pocket now? Someone who might profit from Cellino's downfall? Just sayin' .....
