Injured in training for Germany ...... Not great news for Manchester United fans, this. Here's a little bit more information about the injury Bastian Schweinsteiger has suffered training with Germany. "It's the medial ligament again," said German national team coach Joachim Low. "I am not able to give an exact time scale as to how long he will be out, but it doesn't look very positive and it could be that there is a tear in the ligament. "It happened at the end of the training session and he's currently in Munich being examined."
Of course, who would want or need a player of his experience and ability in the season run in? We don't, that's for ****ing sure.
We always look more composed when he's on the pitch. Which isn't very often. As LVG does everything in his power not to pick Herrera, this means that the useless **** Fellaini will start even more games.
I think LvG had it right in the last few games that Sch played in - bring him on late in the game just to firm up the midfield, not to make us more defensive, but to provide a little more know-how in the late stages of games. I suspect we will miss him in the last few weeks and as Stan says, the worst aspect of it is that Fellani will likely get more games as a consequence.
Have to say I'm getting sick and tired of injuries. Can't even muster up any sympathy for him. Worst of all, I can't even blame LVG for this one What a **** for not giving me that satisfaction.
